Customers can access their storage units daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm. Outside of these hours, the site is secured with alarm systems and monitored security to keep all belongings safe.
Our facility is protected by 24/7 CCTV, gated access, security floodlighting, and monitored alarm systems, giving you peace of mind that your items are safe. Each customer is also provided with their own unique gate access code, ensuring controlled entry and added security for the site.
We offer a range of container sizes including 8ft, 10ft, and 20ft units, suitable for everything from small household storage to full home or business storage needs.
We ask for 30 days’ notice when you wish to vacate your unit, allowing us to prepare the unit for the next customer.
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when you move in. This deposit also includes a brand new padlock and two keys for your unit, ensuring it is secure from day one. The deposit is returned once the unit is vacated in good condition and your account is fully settled.
Yes. If your storage needs change, you can upgrade or move to a smaller unit at any time, subject to availability.
For safety reasons, items such as flammable materials, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food, or live animals cannot be stored.
We recommend that all customers have contents insurance covering their stored belongings. If you don’t already have cover, we can guide you on suitable options.
Yes, all our containers are clean, dry, ventilated, and weather-resistant, designed to keep your belongings protected throughout the year.
In most cases, same-day or next-day move-ins are available, meaning you can secure your unit and start storing your items straight away.
To vacate your storage unit, please give us a call on 01924 763574 so we can arrange to cancel your agreement. On your move-out day, simply remove all of your belongings from the unit and sweep it out. We’ll inspect the unit to ensure nothing has been left behind and that it’s in the same condition as when you first rented it. Leave the padlock in place, and once everything is checked, we’ll process your deposit refund.
A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, is required.
