To vacate your storage unit, please give us a call on 01924 763574 so we can arrange to cancel your agreement. On your move-out day, simply remove all of your belongings from the unit and sweep it out. We’ll inspect the unit to ensure nothing has been left behind and that it’s in the same condition as when you first rented it. Leave the padlock in place, and once everything is checked, we’ll process your deposit refund.
Our minimum term is one month, with a 30-day notice period to vacate. There is no limit on how long you can store for. If you’re planning to store for a long amount of time, get in touch and we’ll make sure you’re quoted the best price for your stay.
The quoted price includes the rental of your storage unit and unlimited access between 6AM and 8PM every day. A secure padlock is also provided as part of your rental, along with two keys for your convenience.
Please note, we also take a one-month refundable deposit, which is returned to you when you vacate your unit in line with our move-out process.
We take the security of your belongings extremely seriously. To keep them safe, our storage centres are protected with:
• Staffed receptions during opening hours
• Secure electric gates with unique customer access codes
• 24-hour recorded CCTV across the site
Access to our facilities is strictly controlled, giving you peace of mind that your items are safe and secure.
Yes, you’ll need to make sure your belongings are insured while in storage. This ensures your items are fully protected for peace of mind during your rental.
A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, is required.
You can store almost anything, from furniture and household goods to business stock and equipment. However, we don’t allow storage of hazardous materials, flammable items, or illegal goods.
